When these guys cannot deliver a product, they put ridiculous comments in their systems like "consignee address incomplete, contact customer service, Consignee not available etc even without visiting the consignees address.
I have repeatedly faced this issue. They are liars. The staff at bluedart do this just to make sure that their seniors cannot blame them for a late deliveries. To keep their SLAs they put the blame on the consignee.
They never call before coming. In several cases I was at home the entire day but the status on their website said that consignee not available.
From what I see here, it seems they pull this stunt everywhere. Will never recommend blue dart nor will ever let them be the courier partner for my company when I will be making this decision
