They update the online status of your order as individual not available, or not admissible into premises for any number of days, they don’t care if parcel stays with them for ever. They don’t call you even to pick up the courier for yourself also.
When I called them they dodged calls or they say its with the delivery guy and if I called him I he said he never got the package and delivered every package he got.
I’m just freaking astonished every day how they are able to say the same lie day after day.
