Very very poor service. I ordered a product from Home shope 18 they send it through Blue Dart. Blue Dart guy came to my place and found door closed and he returned without even calling me on my mobile. When I enquired about my product than customer care person talked very rudely.
First of all the delivery boy should called the person it the door is closed. Second I don’t know from where they bring their customer care person who don’t know the way how to talk to the client. Very poor service Blue Dart.
