It is the best courier service in India but the amoumt of money they charge from people is very high. Normal person cannnot send courier through this because it is very much overbudget. They charge around a 1000 rupees for a small box. No doubt they provide very seamless service and the protection is very much high but it is not in reach of every one and no middle class people can afford that much high ranges of shipping cost. Overall it should reduce it price to nominal so that a millenial person can afford it on regular basis.
