Over the years, many of my shopping parcels and documents are delivered to me by bluedart. Their delivery people are short tempered, taunting elderly parents(mine and some neightbors’) who take time to check parcel-labels, and also to count money and give them. I am disappointed that they will treat people in this manner at their own doorsteps. In India, service industries still have to come a long way, where being rude to people is considered kind of fashionable, acceptable and trick of trade.
