I went to blue ginger with my husband on my birthday and had a wonderful birthday altogether on that day.
In the entrance, a vietnamese lady welcomes you and es*orts you to the table. Our 9 months old daughter had accompanied us who was sleeping. They were kind enough to provide a sofa seat and give a shawl for her.
The sorrouding is like an island with the water falls. You can see the Vietnamese cooks cooking through the glass window.
Waiters are always at your service taking orders and serving you. They were very courteous. My husband requested for a cake with a candle and they did not charge for that.
Last but not the least, the food was very delicious. As soon as you sit, waiters bring two bowls full of Chips ( I don’t know what is it called in Vietnamese language). This was very tasty. Then they start taking orders. The noodles and Vegetable curry with tofu and babycorn was excellent. Rice is complementary with the curry.
I surely recommend this place for a romantic night.
P.S: Blue Ginger is in Taj Westend which is on race course road. It is the heart of the Bangalore City. So its an ideal place for all parts of Banglareans.
