I went to this hotel with my wife and it is situated in lawyer colony, agra.Hotel Blue Heaven is located near Mau Crossing, Agra-Delhi Bypass road. It has an enviable central location allowing guests to be a part of the ancient Mughal history. Apart from the Taj Mahal and various forts, places nearby worth visiting include Jama Masjid ( Approx. 5km) and Agra Fort ( Approx. 7km) .
Room Quality
Room quality of this restaurant was pathetic due to the the worst management and worst cleaning of the rooms and bathrooms. Lots of mosquitoes were there in the room. No hot water in the room, t.v was not working properly, there was some signal problem.
Guest Service
Guest Service of thia hotel was very pathetic, I gave the complain to the reception about all that and believe me no one came in my room to rectify the problems.
Food And Presentation
Food and presentation of this hotel was also based on pathetic management.we went to the restaurant for having the breakfast and food quality was pathetic at there, we got tasteless food at there, very oily food and very access of spices combination based food was served at there.
Ambience
Ambience of this hotel was pathetic cleaning quality of rooms, guest services and food quality, I found cob obs in the rooms and bathrooms and lots of dust placed in all the area of hotel, some bad smell was coming in the hotel. Hotel need the best management to improve all that.
Value For Money
This hotel is not good value for money due to the worst quality of management , worst quality of cleaning of the hotel , I paid Rs 1210 for one room night through the clear trip and after staying in this hotel we got realised that our money went to the dustbin due to the worst quality of management.
