Blue heaven lip balm is the forst balm.the brand is not good.we dont consider it as a brand.because their quality is very poor.this lip balm darken lips.
And make lips luk unattractive and uncool. If we apply it on our lipstick also it gives worst result.so using this balm in any ways is just a stupidity.
