Complaint regarding poor after sales service- Blue star Split AC (1.5T IC318VNUS 3S)
to express my deep dissatisfaction with the after sales service, I have purchased of Blue star Inverter Split AC (IC318VNUS 3S 1.5T) from Croma store Rajkot on 25/01/2025
The AC was installed approximately a week after purchase, during the installation the service technician demanded an additional INR 800 for welding an extra pipe, which I paid along with the standard installation charges.
We ware out of town and only began using AC from 15th April 2025, at witch point we noticed that the unit was not cooling properly. I immediately raised a complaint with blue star customer cate through Croma customer help desk, However, despite repeated calls and follow-ups over the past week, no technician has visited to inspect the unit.
I have also emailed both Croma and blue star customer care and even personally visited the Croma store in Rajkot to report the issue. while I received phone calls promising a scheduled visit, no service person has shown up so far
This experienced has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. It is still un clear who is responsible for addressing the issue, and i feel completely let down by the lack of response from Bluestar.
This has been very poor and unacceptable experience, and I STRONGELY ADVISE NOT TO PURCHASE BLUE STAR PRODUCT based on service I have received
