**Service and Problems**
We can use this two words for alternative word for Bluestar AC because I have faced some issue in service. Installation have took about 4 days. I have seen that when we OFF AC via remote control, Outdoor unit does not getting shut off. I have informed customer service center and they have promise me to solve issue in 48 hours. Engineer was came on my house after 7days and lot of call. I have got issue solved but I must say that service of Bluestar is really pathetic and they should improve it.

This is good AC and I am using it over a year and not faced big issues. ==I recommending this AC to all people because of product quality but you must know that service of Bluestar is really lazy and you must prepare your self for wait some days if you have got any issue in product.==
