I purchased blue star 1 ton AC. But within 8 days first my remote hang again and again when person came home Its working fine but again hang within 2 days again this not enough within one month Ac not cooling properly. This time I have no Idea what is risk behind this. When called call center I told them cooling not proper it takes appx 15-20 minute to start they suggest me some functions from remote but I notice that compressor not start for few minutes I again called them no doubt company service is excellent they send person within 24 hours but he didn’t notice fan functions not proper.
He just finished his call by fan chalu hone mai kuch time lagta hai aap 10-15 wait kare meanwhile I change my flat and for installation I called one my friend when Ac installed he said boss this risky fan not start within time U called company people immediately and don’t start Ac untill problem not solve. Risk behind this gas tank hot too much with 5 min and my friends said This caused blast in Ac.
At last I called company people and he said this is general problem in Bluestar AC and shortout my problems.
But things is how Bluestar company ignore this kind of regular error. If I don’t call my friend for installations then this incident happen with me. I scar when I think this. Because I am not friendly for Ac function and majority Ac blast due to same problem. Now whenever I start AC I FIRST NOTICE THAT FAN IS WORKED PROPER.
THIS THINGS MUST PUT IN NOTICE BY BLUESTAR COMPANY.
