I have purchased Bluestar split AC(3HW12SATU) in August 2018, from the date of installation Im having problems with my AC, during installation companys talented technicians made electric connection in wrong method i.e., phase and neutral, and they rectified it after a week from my date of complain, after that Im having issue with compressor noise so I raised a complaint and they came after 4-5 days after I complained and they just cleaned the filters and left of, but the problem is not solved, now my AC is making compressor noise and vibration problem Im complaining on this issue from 3-4 months but theres no proper response and service from service centre, I will call there call centre and there technicians daily for 15-20 times but theres no proper response they would promise me daily that my complaint will be resolved today and 3 months passed away with their promises and now Im fed up with their fake promises and irresponsible manners, so I decided to approach Consumer forum, I request u all to think once before purchasing, and I suggest you all not to go for such worst brands and irresponsible brands, because the technicians installed my AC doesnt even know the installation theres no proper mounting of compressor stand and uneven mounting of indoor unit,
honestly from now wouldnt suggest any of them to purchase such a Worst brand ACs and I will stop any of my near and dear from purchasing such a worst brands ACs, please dont waste your money to spoil your peaceful mentality, home, office and surroundings.
