In April-24, I purchased Blue star AC from CROMA Gurgaon .with as usual sweet and chilled dreams.
Today is day number 16 in PEAK SUMMER without AC.
Below are the different SRs raised for same issue:
(1) B24051305539. This was closed without my concurrence.
(2) B24051608145. Technical person visited and confirm outdoor unit part needs to be changed.
(3) B24052600787.new raised as B24051608145 is not showing under my name as per your database
Fortunately.I was able to speak to below persons.after making 10-10 attempts for calls with Blue star leaders(details shared by BlueStar Grievance):
Service Delivery Engineer Mr. Vikas Arya(Mobile no- 9718321016) and
Area Manager Mr. Kapish Sharma(Cell no- 9871122872). But No-One replied back with any resolution plan for my issue. In fact, both have not even seen the details shared via WhatApp. When I asked for office address then Area Manager Mr. Kapish Sharma(Cell no- 9871122872) suggested to get address from google as he is super duper busy.
Now I am having dream to get my Money Back.
