I got this Air Conditioner installed 1 year 8 months ago.
Since then I have had to contact the service team for a repair around 8 times, which is not acceptable. Although the service team were quite prompt in taking actions but they could not find out till date what the real problem was.
Apparently, the gas leaks from somewhere and no one has been able to figure out from where. Now since the warranty is done and dusted I will be charged around ₹5000 for repairing this problem.
The cooling is good throughout my room but only until the gas is there. I don’t even remember anymore that how many times I have been have to get the AC gas refilled.
All in all I would never recommend anybody to buy this product as it is a waste of your hard earned money.
