1 year ago I have bought this product but with this product my experience is too bad. Now I m going to share my experience with this product. It’s gives delay customer service and do not gives proper customer support to us. It’s cooling function is superb but it gives sound problem by using long time. For me this product has no reliability. And has a average customer satisfaction ( 50% customer satisfaction) . The value for the product is good because it is not costly product.
