BlueStar Inverter AC Installation Bad Experiences

I would like to put across my horrible experience which I had while installing the Blue Star Inverter AC . To begin with, like many others I did an intense analysis of the prospective AC’s and finally narrowed down to Blue Star. To my surprise none of the Premium outlets in Bangalore had Blue Star. Hence I had to purchase online from Amazon and the Product was delivered as scheduled.


Post which, I reached out to the Toll free No:(18002091177) provided by Blue star to place an installation request(My installation request:  I1604240022), based on which an SMS was received with the contact details of the Agency(SAN Air Con Solutions, Bangalore; 9739758702/ 87041674922). It took me 3 days of continuous follow up to get the installation guy visit my place on 27th April 2016.


The Installation guy(Mr. Afzal F -+91- 8123351323) along with his assistant arrives at 5.15 PM. I live in an apartment which is 2 floored and I stay in the top floor which means distance between the external unit in the terrace and the AC internal unit was just few meters and the


copper wire provided should be sufficient enough. But this guy who as per me was an authorized Blue star personnel convince me that an extra 2 meter is required else he will not be able to perform installation. Hence I, had to agree, which cost me an extra of 1750( Rs 750 / meter). I went by his advice since he was an expert who was provided by Blue star. The Total installation cost landed up to Rs 4750 /- and it took more than 5.5 hours to complete this task. They left my place after 10.30 PM. I felt totally cheated and dejected.


To add much to my disappointment, I received an SMS from Blue star(handle: BH-BLUSTR), stating that the installation was successfully completed by Dealer: San Air Con Solutions  and Amount: Rs: 0.00 was charged.  I reached out to the customer care to raise my concerns. I haven’t seen any response from the Blue Star customer care so far.
