Iam Suhail EA. Iam going to review blue star air cooler . I have bought this air cooler for my new house. The exact date of purchasing is on 21 th February 2020. I have bought it from Edison electrical shop in kodungallur. The owner of the shop is my friend , so he give me the product at very discounted price. He also recommended to buy blue star air cooler. After fixing this air cooler current bill of my house raised very high. I didn’t expect this air cooler consume huge electrical energy. I have use it only for 3 hours daily. For 3 months it worked properly without any complaints. But after 3 months the quantity of air pulled by the air cooler decreased. After some days its not working . then I contacted customer care service centre . they said that there mechanic will come and check the air cooler. But even after 3 weeks , no one come for repairing. The purchasing of this air cooler is fully waste of money for me. Never buy this air cooler. I didn’t recommend anyone to buy this air cooler. Thank you.
