I have recently purchased a Blue star split AC. Pathetic service and an average AC. Please don’t consider purchasing this product as bluestar is incapable of providing any service support.
Their service partner cooltech solution is the main unprofestional service provider. Speaking about Blue Star split AC the backup unit is very large and mostly unfitable in a normal houshold setup. Please think twice before buy this product.
