I had purchased the window AC 1.5 ton third class brand blue star. first I received the defective ac. after that I got the 2nd ac after 20 days. at time of service I raise the ticket(S22032000313) for ac service on 19 march2022. but till date I did not get ac service . I follow up many times with this no. 828724XXXX/639870XXXX. they all given the fake date. I will suggest you people please don’t purchase blue star product otherwise you people will face the same problem. please use Voltas instead of blue star.
