I have purchased Blue star inverter split AC on 23 Feb 23. AC is continuously problem not cooling and AC fan noisy. I have raised a complaint in two times. First time technician visited and they told me to there is no problem in my AC. Another complaint raised on 15 May 23 no technician assigned till now. I am calling daily from 15 May 23 onwords continuosly .Bluestar customer care executive are so busy in sleeping at office. They are not responding for assigned of technician. Don’t buy blue star company AC.
