Folks, In case you are thinking of buying an A/C from Blur star think twice. No doubt the product is good but you will experience the worst installation service from them. It’s been more than a week and half of the installation is still pending. I tried reaching out to the executive who was assigned to but he does things at his convenience does not respond and does a half job saying he has 100 more customers to attend.I didn’t expect this kind of service from Blue Star.
Please think twice before going with Blue Star and if you want to waste your time and money on this. Good Luck!
