Very very poor customer service provided by bluestar. I have purchased window non inverter 1.5 ton AC from Uttam nagar Hari Om dealer shop. After few days i found that AC is not cooling well. So I called customer care number provided by dealer. They registered my complaint with wrong product, again i registered complaint and after 2 days they cancelled my complaint automatically. After that I have come to know that bluestar doesn’t have its own repair workshop. They hire people for repairing customer products from third party. I was very shocked that this big name doesn’t have its own repair workshop. Guys i request not to purchase Bluestar products.
