We had booked this resort through an agency called SafeWheels . We had taken a 2 day package for what has called as the "Bungalow" package in this resort. On arrival at the resort, we found that the Bungalow had not been cleaned for years together. For eg. Jacuzzi, which was filled with leaves and cobwebs, Entrance to the door full of cobwebs etc. To top it, when we turned on the geyser and opened the pipe, got electric shocks from the pipe.
That was it! I went to the reception, and asked the manager to give me another room(as I coudlnot get a refund) and he initially refused saying all the rooms were booked. When I took him to the bungalow again and asked him to turn on the pipe with the geyser on, he relented and gave a room(which had freed up suddenly). We had 2 kids with us and since it was late in the evening, I couldnot go hunting for any alternate resorts. We took the room that he gave us(even though we had paid for the bungalow which is more than twice as costly as the room.
The food is horrible . The guest services are ok though. I would avoid this resort, at all costs for my future stay
