Then I ask for the FTP account. After spending 3-4 hours with customer support service, they say to do it yourself.
They will be able to give me working FTP in 12-14 hours.
They are fraud and are just earning money through fake affiliates.
I never recommend these cheap frauds.
They will never help you in any way.
