I previously wrote a complaint abt bluestar AC, but after lodging a complaint on dis site they contacted wid me within 24 hrs and solved my prob. Infact they called me several times after that, just to know whether I am satisfied with their customer service.
Grt work teamwork Blue Star. But I have to mention again that their installation guys are totally worthless. When I asked them about the remote control all I got is "ma’am we don’t knw abt Blue Star AC remote. Mostly we installed Samsung ACs!"
