Bluestar is generally seen as a good company but that is not the case.First, the price of their product is very high as compared to other products.
The service of the company is pathetic. Their staff is not well equipped and knowledgeable.
I asked for the free service of the AC provided by th company. The guys came and serviced my AC. But they didn’t check the gas level in compressor. And told me that it will get normal soon and air will be cool.
But the problem was not solved. Then I called them up and they told me that my AC warranty is expired and I will have to pay for the Gas charge.
I have to pay rs 2000 for gas due to their incompetence. Truly shameful.
Also the quality and coolness of air is not good even after full gas. Disappointed.
