I have taken VRF unit for my office which costed a huge amount, while taking delivery service was prompt with one year warranty, however within 4 months,
one VRF unit brake down, I raised complaint however no action has been taken by Blue star or their service provider,
My office have machines which works under certain temperature only. its 3 days and no action or feedback, server crashed due to high heat.
fed-up of calling Blue star customer care, as waiting time is 15 mins, and after putting complaint, executive hung up phone.
