Bad experience turned into a good one by Bluestone

I have placed an order for a diamond solitaire 0.31 carat(order no - B37XBJ06) and received a confirmation mail from bluestone on august 9/2014. After 3 days one of bluestone guy gave me a call and conveys that they don’t have the diamond instead they have another option of a 0.33 carat which is Rs.3000 more than my budget.


They have been trying to negotiate with me regarding the same but no outcome as I couldn’t afford it. Ihave lost 1 week of my time during this hassle and left with very less time for the occasion I was buying the product for. I think they shouldn’t have displayed the product on their site on the first place if they dont have it and confirming the other moreover is not acceptable at all._-what happened later*:-1hour after this review I got a call from bluestone and they saying that they will get me THE BEST DEAL instead of the 31 cent.


The guy who called me up was a senior executive from bluestone. he sounded very convincing and professional.promised me to get it delivered by friday next week.m hoping this happens.I WILL BE HAPPY IF THEY CAN CONVERT THIS NEGATIVE REVIEW TO A POSITIVE ONE.the communication was very good though.will update the proceedings soon.-=21st august:-i received a call from bluestone that my product is delivered  and by 22nd Mr.Sayeed(bluestone representative) have delivered it to me.i am happy with their service and moreover they delivered the  BEST DEAL I can expect of on time as promised.i must appreciate the effort done by Mr.Akshay of bluestone and Mr.Sayeed whose communication skills were excellent.thnx bluestone for making me believe in you and your service.will deal with you once again.=
