I wish there was a Dislike icon or some icon worse than that to explain the experience somehow I am having with Bluestone past 7 months or so. I will not be surprised if they will be efficient in deleting this post immediately but I also wish they start working on improving their processes with equal efficiency so that they do not end up having frustrated customers. Somehow in spite of earlier string of bad experiences I decided to still buy jewellery online with Bluestone getting word from their employee who had earlier handled my cases and was aware of the situation. But I was faced with yet another disappointment.
My sincere request to all Be very very careful. do not trust their promotion offers through other websites as the promotion coupons dont work on the website, the costs on landing page and individual page for same products are different and even after you make full payment for the jewellery you receive an email asking you to keep the money ready at the time of delivery as the order is being tagged as a PAY on Delivery.! Your string of challenges will be never ending. Point is you lose interest, then money, then time and then efforts behind this. Rather stick with other brands which have been far more reliable.
and after demanding multiple times I did receive an email id of the CEO. I wrote my feedback and even after 7 days I receive an email apologising and saying that he will look into it in a day. Post that till date which is 11 more days now. there is no communication. I guess leadership reflects the attitude that employees and the company has towards the customers.
