Terrible Customer Service by BlueStone

I have placed an order with BlueStone for 3 products for my anniversary almost a month ago. They did deliver them on time. But, I had issues with 2 of the products delivered.


The hook of the pendant was small and when requested they agreed to make it bigger, which is why I returned the product.


And, the earrings did not fit properly to the ear, they kind of raised from the ear making it look weird when you wear them. I have also requested the return of the earrings. Their return process is horrible.


They do not come to pick up the product unless you chase them to do so. Usually, with the other websites the return happens real quick.


But, with Bluestone it takes ages in spite of follow up. After the return, I have been following up to place a custom made order for the pendant and the earrings.


But, each time I call I end up with an offer to be called back and never get the call. You get lucky and receive the call(at their leisure) only after you follow up multiple times.


The worst part is when you receive the call they don’t wait until you answer. Maybe, they call for namesake just to update their records that they have called.


The frequency is once is 2-3 weeks. The excitement about my anniversary gift is now gone and all I am left with is despair. I am a regular online shopper, but I have never experienced such terrible service from any other websites.


They are real quick especially if you want to place an order with them. That’s not the case with BlueStone. I wonder if they are really interested in selling their products?
