Robbing money through servive charges

I purchase ear ring from bluestone.com website after order he send to me that product under 7 days when I checked my product it totally different in size but product quality is good with verified guranted card. after some time earribgs back side nod bend than I call to service center he told to me we can change your product after take your product from home first we will verified our product than chanfe after this process we will send to u another product it will takw 6-7 days to deliver after hear that I doesn’t want to change it. worst customer service
