Great products, poor customer service

I ordered 5 products from Bluestone a month ago. I have ordered from them before but just a tiny pair of earrings as a trial. This time I specifically talked to a person from customer service and told him that I cannot be at home four to five times to receive the products individually and they should be sent all together. He said he would do the needful.


After the first product arrived, I again contacted them and made the same request. I again received the same assurance. But this continued till all 5 products were received.all one at a time.


I wrote two mails to them complaining about their poor services and received the standard.We are very sorry. Then I received their review our products twice, made the same complaint but received no reply.


All their customer service personnel seem to operate in isolation. All are men. I really do think if they had more women they may function more efficiently.
