Guys please stay away from this company. They promise a life time exchange and buyback on all products but when you force them to inform you the buy back price - they will tell you 90% of the diamond value and full value of the metal. That is completely untrue. These people will calculate 90% value of the diamond after further discounting the price of diamond to which they have given you discount. S0 suppose they have given you 30% discount - they will first add this 30% discount on your already discounted and paid price and will calculate the price of diamond. So you are not getting today’s price - you will get only 40% of today;s price because these fellows will discount twice. Now comes the biggest shocker - even if you haven’t paid a single rupee towards making charge - but you will have to pay full making charges of that as per today’s making charges.
I just picked a EKAKINI neckless to examine their policy - it is getting sold for 8.50 Lacs today. BUt if someone wants to return it after 30 days waiting period is over - he will have to pay a huge 3Lac price as deductions.
So this is the way they cheat. They write something on their website but while returning their product - it is almost impossible to do that.
