Purchasing from Bluestone.com simply means, "Disappointment on receiving product and then blocking of money for more than a month and lots of follow-up if u go for refund.". worst experience of online purchase and that too they don’t take any initiative from their side for resolving the issue. This is my review after my second purchase from their website, I have repeated the mistake of purchasing from Bluestone.com again because it’s the first time that I placed an order for less amount and hence I didn’t even observe the weight difference. Neither did they took the initiative to inform me about this and after reading the feedback provided here, I checked and found the issue. My mistake was I didn’t see the feedback before placing my order.
Now I am struggling since last one month to get my money back.
