I had placed my order (Gold Pendant) on 24th April on Bluestone. The promised delivery was 7th May and received my product on 11th May. Post receipt, when checked the weight of the product was almost 35% lower than the weight that is specified on website.
When checked with the support team, they mentioned that due to some technical error they had charged me less so there will not be any refund. In normal cases they would have provided refund. I did check with the CEO of Bluestone as well and havent heard any reply yet on the weight difference. I am not sure whether the website has all correct prices and correct weights.
The product design and shine are the same what they have shown in pictures and the support team was always responsive whenever I approached them, except the weight difference issue.
