So you think you are good?

I had to get up early today not for work but to make sure that I can watch bluffmaster first day first show. And was it worth the effort? YEAH!. The movie revolves around the life of conman Abhishek Bacchan and his persuit of conning people left right and centre. I will not reveal the plot of the story but let me just say life is not always what it seems. ;-). I will however discuss the various roles played by people in the movie. Let me begin by Hritesh Deshmukh... He plays his role as a bumbling conman really well. I think this is by far his best role in a movie till date and Sippy has finally made him look like an actor. I would like to see Hritesh move outside the domain of comedy some day and into more serious roles I think he can do it. Next person worth mentioning in the movie is Nana Patekar. I thought all Patekar could do was bloody movies and fight scenes. Well once again I was wrong. He plays the role of the master conman brilliantly and the climax of the movie is really funny because Patekar really lights up the screen with some brilliantly executed dialogues. I would watch the movie for his cameo alone. Next on the list is the vivacious Priyanka Chopra. For a change her role is not just showing skin and prouncing around in small skirts. She has a role and she does a good job at it. She plays the love interest of Abhishek Bacchan really well. I must say that the high point of the movie for a change is the PLOT and the acting next. Finally let me mention the star of the movie Abhishek Bacchan. He plays the role of Bluffmaster really well. There is no denying the fact that he has come of age as a single role actor. Bacchan really reflects the phases a person goes through when he is told he is dying. He plays the desolate lover brilliantly, the konniving conman and the dying man very very well. I think the movie is a really well directed piece of movie making. If you want to let your hair down or just take a break watch the movie it is worth the money and time. And yeah the highest point of the movie is the PLOT not the sundries.
