I recently bought a laptop in bluoshn.com and was thouroughly impressed by their Service levels. Delivery took place in the agreed 5 days time, but with a small variation in the specification of the laptop. Upon caling Customer Care, I was immediately assured in positive terms that the deficiency will be made good at once, and at their cost. As against the 80 GB SSD mentioned, the laptop was seen to contain only 250 GB HDD. Upon my talk, the service team at the portal allowed me to retain the HDD and as an extended courtesy measure, also couriered a 120 GB SSD separately.
This was amazing and utterly unexpected. I was thoroughly impressed by their levels of commitment, follow-up and service.
