With mouth of words from other patient we visited this hospital. My father was referred by his company hospital to this hospital. The way everything happened, it seems corporate patients are their main source of income.
Initially with the infrastructure we are impressed and expected a good response. But in return it happened to be worst experience.
1.) My father had been asked initially by "HELP DESK" to visit doctor than accordingly they will initiate the process.
2.) After waiting around 2 hrs, doctor’s PA(SUDIPA) opened the doctor’s room. We shown the referral paper and asked for doctor appointment. She guided us to be admitted for Investigation, and referred to "ADMISSION DESK"(ISMAIL/ISTAQ AHMED)for process.
3.) After filling the form he asked us to go through "set of test" and referred to "NID DESK" for diagnosis.
4.) My Concern: Without doctor concern how come everyone[Doctor’s PA and Admission Desk] so talented to know about the set of test need to go through by a patient.
5.) The above thought was proved when one of the test @ room no3, compounder/lab guys asked for Doctor’s prescription. But to my surprise even with non availability of "prescription" they performed the test.
6.) I checked again with Doctor’s PA. they realized the mistake and again send me to check with "Admission Desk" [Trisha]. but in spite of mistake they simply denied their mistake and offered me help to take the patient to ward.
Excuse given: Every patient need to go through test before going to ward.
Concern: Than they might have entered the admission time after OPD process as their clause says "
