I was holding baby, I get in in the bus. I asked for ticket, I gave Rs 100/- he was telling don’t have change and requested for change to everyone the ticket amount was Rs 20/-. The conductor is so rude and showing figures to me telling to get down from bus. He is speaking rules that we need to give change as per ticket and it is written in the bbmtc rules.
I am requesting to bbmtcsuperiors to show the rules.,
