I had booked a table through Dine Out and was cheated as no discounts passed on bill as committed as they claim no.communication through Dineout. Poor management and staff is not having any attitude for Customer satisfaction or customer service. Right from getting into the resto till the billing the experience was disgusting with no consideration on commitment made by their partner Dineout. Wanted to register formal complaint but to my surprise No Complaint Management Mechanism at Boats, Pathetic Service . Would strongly not recommend the resto to my friends and family. The most disgusting behaviour from the staff
