Recently, we have come across a store called "Bobs N Berry Kids Store"( http://www.bobsnberry.com), which is a known as a store specializing in kids’ products, after our experience we found that they are also specializing in making fake promises, selling cheap quality products for a high price and robbing customers. The store’s branding proudly claims that, "Bobs N Berry Kids Store" also known as "Bobs N Berry" and "bobsnberry"( http://www.bobsnberry.com) is easily recognizable and associated with quality and reliability but the reality is completely the opposite. They show product videos that seem attractive with good quality but if you order anything from "Bobs N Berry", you’ll realize that the quality of actual product you receive is unbelievably horrible. They say that they can be reached through their contact email, bobsnberry@gmail.com and phone number, +91-7383686106 but the reality is that they talk to you sweetly till they receive your advance payment and after that they simply don’t answer your calls or messages. This "Bobs N Berry Kids Store - https://bobsnberry.com" is owned and managed by a guy called Prateek and his wife, Priyanka; both of them are quite adept in convincing the customer easily to believe that they’ll deliver quality products, on time. The truth is that anyone who orders from "Bobs N Berry Kids Store" should make full order payment in advance, the store owner Prateek makes all fake promises about the product quality and delivery and after receiving your payment they are never available to assist customers with their queries and concerns.
We had a disastrous experience with "Bobs N Berry Kids Store"( http://www.bobsnberry.com). We had placed an order for a few number of gift items with some logo branding/printing on the gifts. However, upon receiving the order, we were extremely disappointed to find that not only did we only receive less number of gift items, and also the logo branding/printing was not done as per our requirements.

However, we only received only a partial delivery of our order with a delay of more than 10 days and we received the rest of the order after a lifetime delay. Not only the quality of products’ received was not up to our expectations as per their store page description, but also at least 50% of the ordered items were defective at the time of receipt. Same thing, we tried to bring it to their notice via phone call & email but started ignoring us. After the order dispatch, they never answered any of our messages or calls, even till date.

Furthermore, the quality and colors of the items received were not as shown in the advertising video. We had placed our trust in "Bobs N Berry"( http://www.bobsnberry.com) and their advertised product, but they have utterly failed to deliver on their promises and have caused a great deal of inconvenience and disappointment.
In conclusion, you may think that "Bobs N Berry"( http://www.bobsnberry.com) is a reliable store and has a great reputation in the market for their kids’ products, but our experience as a customer has been extremely disappointing. We urge future customers to be cautious and aware of the potential issues they may face when working with this company.
