I want to advise anyone who might be considering availing of services by Body and Soul in Bangalore to not do so. I paid almost Rs. 9000/- for weight loss sessions for my mother and I, after responding to an ad in the newspaper. This happened in the last week of May. Till now, the last week of June, they still do not have the equipment they claimed to already have in the ad, and refuse to give me the money back, asking me to take some other services instead.
I have been shunted back and forth between various people, with people hanging up on me, or shouting at me.
I’m going to fight for my money, and I don’t want other people to face the same problems with these cheaters.
