Went to the Koramangala branch on 23-Jan-2012. Thought it would be a nice surprise if I drag my wife out of office early one evening and take her to a nice pampering session. Little did I know the horrors that awaited us.
We decided to have a face cleanup first. They led us to the rooms that would perfectly define the word’dingy’. The paints were cracking, the air smelt bad. But the worse part was the sink and bed linen(photos attached). The sink was clogged for god knows how many days. It had hair, bugs and other filthy items. The bed linen was oily and seemed to have all sorts of stains on them.
The staff were something else, too. Not a pleasant one among them. They were very obnoxious and I was doing all I could to keep my wife calm. We just ran out of there as soon as we could.
We had taken a package, but we will definitely not step into that place again. We would rather forfeit that money than inflict that torture on ourselves.

Today I wrote to one of the deal sites, directing them to mouthshut.com reviews and asking them to blacklist Body & Soul. I encourage everyone who underwent humiliation in Body & Soul to do the same, Point them to mouthshut reviews. If enough of us do it, they might just listen.
