For everyone who are thinking to buy vouchers at Dealsandyou.com for services at Body and Soul Bangalore..
Me and my friend bought two Chocolate Scrub and Hydra Smooth Hair vouchers from deals and you. We were really excited about the experience which we got at a good deal for Rs499/-(Thanks to dealsandyou). We called Body and Soul Indiranagar and took an appointment for 11 AM on Nov 18th, 2010.We planned our office work and took off for the first half from office to avail the voucher.The deal expires on 26th Nov, 2010 and were travelling to delhi on Saturday and we wanted to use it before leaving.
We managed to reach Body and Soul in time and we were so pissed off when the Manager/Receptionist-Namrata told us there Spa is not operational.What the hell..if the spa wasn’t operational why did she give an appointment at 11. We were then informed that we need to go to koramangala for our services.
This is really irritating, why would she not tell us that the spa was not operational at the time of appointment..we waste money, time and energy to reach there...we didn’t go there to see her face...
I would request no one should buy and deal from anywhere at Body and Soul Indiranagr, they suck BIG TIME...I don’t know who hired the receptionist with such a big attitude and no etiquette. She says she isn’t answerable to anyone for the appointment..then who is???
Be careful just think 10 times before buying anything at Body and Soul.
