I had taken one year membership with Body and soul paying 11k. They had informed me that I have to remember only my membership code nothing else, I had paid through card so the card receipt I didn’t keep. Each time I walked in for any services, they used to ask me show me your bill as they don’t have any idea as to what is my membership details.
I was kept trying their number since one week for getting an appointment they were not picking, when I went in Koramangala’s branch they had winded up the entire business. They had not even informed on to the customers where they are going no refund.
I have tried all the numbers of various branches but no response or disconnected. Can some one tell me where they ran away? Big time cheaters.
Final conclusion big no no no to this cheater parlor. Feel like suing them.
