Body & Soul - Mukundnagar Branch - Pune is the worst all of them. The staff employed there specially Doctors. I dont understand why they are called doctor. They dont understand anything and simply cheap people. Those doctors have a pathetic attitude towards customers and treats customers as if he is doing a favor for giving his services. They speak very rough to customers and treats them badly. There beauty services are so bad that I got reactions on my face once. Also the staff they have employed are kids and mostly they are doing practice on customers as they are learning beauty courses from there learning center. There prices are also extravagant compared to other beauty salons. They charge Rs550 for head masage, Rs 1500 for Hair Spa.bloody loots. I have tried complaining to the center manager and the franchise managers but these guys dont give there numbers and give mobile numbers of people in Bangalore. They give appointments 10 days later and cancel them 20 mins before the appointment.
