I singed in for a 6 month slimming session in 2010 paying INR 15000, all in 1 go in the viman nagar branch.The initial 2 months were alright but they did nothing expect for asking me to go on diets and the usual massages.
After 2 months one day when I land in the centre I just see a small chit on the door saying that they have shifted to Dhole patil road and that branch is closed now. I did not know what to do.How could they shift without letting anyone know.There where other ladies with me who had no idea what was going on.Others said they were given a hint of the relocation by some junior staff.
I went furious and tried called the new centre in dhole patil. The manager there was so rude, we had argument where I warned her of going to the consumer court but she was as arrogant as she could be. After that I called a couple of times to get an appointment on Sundays but no one was ready to talk to me or do any sort of arrangements. Nobody was ready to give the contact details of the head office in Bangalore. Once a lady at the front office told me that I can no longer avail the services I paid for as I hadn’t shown up for months.
Basically they cater you for the first few months only.The people at the front desk seemed to be few undergraduates who had taken up the job to pass time and earn a few bucks.None of them seemed qualified for the position.
Also, I really doubt the masseuse there.They are ideally not supposed to carry cells phone in the massage rooms but I have at various times seen the masseuses with camera cell phones inside.Not sure what they are upto.
I would recommend not to vist such shady places.
I request people not to trust them.
