Apart from that, there focus is also on mental and spiritual development for which they also conduct yoga and meditation classes.
One extra initiative taken by them is organizing a motivational speech or personality development classes through professionals of this field which has helped me a lot in my one month course from this fitness centre.
The reason why I joined this fitness centre is to improve maintain by health and body through some exercise and other fitness activities. But the main reason behind joining this fitness centre for one month course is their flexible timings because I also had to manage my both official and personal life. I used to visit on Saturdays and Sundays when I have weekends off from office.
Another best thing which I like about this fitness centre is the hall environment where they impart the training with all modern equipment facilities which are in their fitness curriculum. Moreover, there are 2 to 3 trainers who are separate for ladies and gents.

Apart from that, they also suggest some diet routine and menu during the training programme course which enhances the result oriented tasks. I have been benefited from this one month course a lot and I practice it regularly at my home due to which I am not only feeling healthy from body but also mentally.
