I have been a very old client at Bodycraft roughly 13years. I love the salon services. Recently as i entered my 40’s I decided to venture into bodycraft clinic. In June 2022 i tried my first Volite treatment, was really amazed with the results. So last month i.e January 2023 I had my second 5ml Juvederm Volite injected on my face. Its now been 22 days, and my skin look MUCH worse than before the treatment. I used to have smooth skin, now its really clumpy and not at all what was expected. I have never experienced such a bumpy face. The doctor who did it ( Dr Sanjana at Jayanagar branch) said it will settle down in 2 - 3 hours. But when I got back to the clinic, they were Busy clicking my photos rather acknowledging that something has gone wrong or doctor would have injected superficially. This clinic is just a money making machine. Ms Muskrat will just sell you all kind of treatments and when we go with the problem, straight forward answer " we understand madam , will look into it".
Even after repetitive calls, OMG these people make u go through the worse. They will tell you, they will get back to you but I swear, they don’t. I went thru such a horrible experience. I suffered almost for a month with rashes and swelling. I come from a doctors family, I know what ethics are. But these so called D don’t follow any ethics.
Please avoid Jayanagar clinic.
