I have recently taken monthly subscription of Bollygrounds.com. The movies collection were good but most of the time streaming is really bad. Even of cable connection the picture quality is poort and sound seems to be out of sync.
Anyways, then I decided to cancel the subscription. For monthly subscription, they keep on charging for coming months as well so you have to explicitly cancel (this is really stupid way of making money). For monthly subscription in large agreement page, they write that unless you cancel it, you will be paying later on as well.
Now on the exact day when my monthly subscription ends, I added ticket to not charge for coming months. They already charged my account. So this is total FRAUDULENT SITE. I can not see any customer services. There is even no option of cancelling services. Only way to cancel service is to OPEN a TICKET.
BOLLYGROUNDS SUCKS.
If they don’t give me money for next month (which I haven’t subscribed to), I would sue them. Will keep you guys posted on this.
